Chef’s Corner

I would like to thank you for visiting our new web site. We have many loyal guests of P. J. Harrigan’s visiting our site as well as some first time visitors who may not be familiar with our restaurant. Our goal with this new endeavor is to keep you up to date with our seasonal promotions and provide you with an opportunity to view our menus and features.

P. J. Harrigan’s, located adjacent to the main lobby of The Ramada Conference Center, was created in 1998. Our simple goal at P. J. Harrigan’s has always been to provide each guest with a quality of food, beverage, and service that entices you to come back for more. To meet this goal we empower our caring staff to be involved with many of the planning and organizational decisions necessary. Over the past fifteen years we have been proud in our adaptations to the changing desires of our guests and constantly demanding economic conditions. One of these changes over the years is our Soup and Salad Buffet that was added in 2001 to meet the expectations of our busy lunch guests as well as add value to our dinner service. In 2008, prior to the state mandated laws, we converted our entire restaurant and lounge area to non-smoking.

P. J. Harrigan’s and the Ramada Conference Center are proud to be a leader in supporting our local community. Over the years we have hosted many events to benefit a variety of organizations with the knowledge that this generosity is generally returned through community support of our business. Beginning in January 2009, we began our program of helping local organizations via a monthly dining program. The program donates 20% of the receipts to a specific monthly charity chosen in advance. I would like to invite you to contact us if you are affiliated with an organization that may be interested in this program.
